Update 48.6 Release Notes

Here are the Release Notes for Update 48.6: Pagru-kirít, the Garden of Corpses, released on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026.

Of Special Note:

A new 6-player instance has arrived!

A new 6-player instance, Pagru-kirít, the Garden of Corpses is available through Tier 2 difficulty with the launch of update 48.6. Free to VIPs or unlocked with purchase of the Quest Pack: A Glorious Hunt. Tier 3 will be available at noon on Thursday June 25th. The Tier 3 Leading the Charge deed will be available until Monday August 10th at 3:00 AM Eastern (-4 GMT).

News and Notes:

  • Veil of the Nine (Ringwraith event):
    • We have corrected an issue with the higher-level barter profiles.
    • A pocket item has been added for barter that can increase lesser wraith encounter frequency. (~7 min -> ~4 min)
    • The amount of Tattered Shadows granted for defeating lesser wraiths has been increased.
    • An additional tier of Reputation has been added for the top levels of the barter system.
  • Quest Tracker: Overall height has been returned to the previous size. To reduce cutoff for the last tracked quest in the quest tracker list, long objective descriptions no longer use an extra line containing the ellipses ("...") overflow indicator. The ellipses has instead been moved to the right side of the tracked quest UI.
  • Corrected an issue where the Monster Player Rewards were displaying in certain Free People character's Reward Track panel.
