Each version of the Homesteads and Harvests Coffers can only be purchased once per account. There is not an upgrade offer for these coffers. These offers require a player be logged into a game world to purchase, and they are not available at the Character Select screen. The cosmetics deliver to every character on your account upon subsequent log in.
