Are these items delivered to one character or every character on my account?

The items included in the Supporter Packs are delivered to every character on your Account. LOTRO Points will be applied once to your account.

Can I purchase a Supporter Pack again?

A Supporter Pack can only be purchased once per Account. You can purchase a higher-tier Supporter Pack in the future, but cannot purchase a lower-tier Supporter Pack once you purchase a higher-tier Supporter Pack.

Can I Upgrade to a higher-tier Supporter Pack?

Yes! Once you purchase a Supporter Pack you can purchase a higher tier at a pro-rated price, and you will receive the difference in LOTRO Points between the lower tier purchased and the higher tier you are purchasing.

How are the LOTRO Points delivered?

The LOTRO Points will be delivered as a quest item into your inventory to the first character you log into after purchasing a Supporter Pack. Look in your inventory for a quest item called Simple Supporter of Rivendell - Starter, Enhanced Supporter of Rivendell - Starter, or Luxuriant Supporter of Rivendell - Starter. Each item grants you LOTRO Points, with the Enhanced and Luxuriant items granting you the difference between the lower tier and their relevant tier. Purchasing an upgrade in the future will simply deliver the item relevant to the tier you are upgrading to.
