Beginning Monday, November 23 we’ll be holding our LOTRO lotteries on a more predictable schedule! Instead of a daily drawing for a few trinkets, new lotteries will take place over several days to give everyone a chance to enter. These lotteries will also award better loot! As detailed in the Legendary Items Dev Diary, each class, upon the launch of Siege of Mirkwood™, will have its legacies divided into two Pools.
With the decision to place the main focus of the systems work for Siege of Mirkwood™ on our basic combat and item advancement systems, we had to re-evaluate what that would mean for class skills and how changing or adding to them would alter the balance we were looking for with the other changes.
Along with the recently discussed Combat System changes, we’ve made some changes and new additions to your character’s stats and how they are displayed. This dev diary will point out these changes and provide a first look at the newly revamped character panel!

As LOTRO grows and new UI features are developed, like the new Skirmish Join and Skirmish panels, we have found that we can't just keep adding buttons to the toolbar at the bottom of your screen (or the border of your Radar) to launch the new panels.
