    Can't update Turbine payment details.

    I keep getting a 30005 error when I try to update my expired visa card with a new one. I put all the correct details in but Turbine still won't accept it. I've even tried my MasterCard, with no luck, and every time I give up and try to switch to Paypal payments, Turbine cancels the agreement immediately.

    Anyone know a fix? Turbine have been less than helpful. They send me a link http://support.turbine.com/ics/suppo...questionID=184. I've tried everything on it, but with no luck.

    There is no problem with my debit card or with my paypal account (I've checked).

    Here's the message.

    'The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005] The system was unable to update your account at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again. '

    I've had a similar issue. I had a *real* go at Dyonysus (Turbine Support), CarpeNoctem and also Fricassee (Supposed "senior" team member). Basically they were all absolutely completely and utterly useless.

    I can't add TP's through in-game or through the website using either Paypal, Credit Card (Tried Mastercard and Visa) or through SMS. All methods fail.

    Their response?

    Thank you for your inquiry. Your help request has been escalated to a senior member.

    I have reviewed your account in detail and apologize but there is nothing further that we can adjust in our systems or on your account to resolve whatever errors you are experiencing. Other purchases from players in your region are processing without issue, and we have had no similar reports of what you are experiencing.

    I understand your frustration but as previously stated, a manual points purchase is the only way we can assist at this time. Please note that any further responses or tickets requesting that we make an adjustment will not receive a response.

    Glad to know I'm not the only one who's having this issue. It's unfortunate the Turbine support is so damn abysmal. Legit it's been going on for 3 weeks for me, I just wanted to purchase the Wallet Upgrade but couldn't.
    The worst part?
    I have VIP and it uses the same Credit Card details, the ones that are "supposedly" causing their system to fail.

    It's slightly different when changing C/c details through the website, but yeah...
