Trait Slots

Hello Lotro Community
Well,I want to unlock the other 2 Legendary Trait Slots from LOTRO Store and i want to learn if these trait slots are account shared.I have a 42 Captain and a 31 Warden so when i hit the level that i am unlocking the 2nd legendary trait slot will this slot be unlocked for my toons?

I think that trait slots are individual per character not account wide.
