    Unhappy capto cant login saying installing pre -reqs

    anyone having the same issue wanna level my cappy .have to go outside .they said real life colors are amazing its not as good as hd 1080

    lotro login only displays ""Installing pre-reqs""

    Well....this is the message on the login screen for 12 hours now. The login will not even go through it's usual "updating" process to allow me to even put in my info and password.

    Help LOTRO!!

    Capto you have to go back and delete all your dirty movie downloads corrupting your files. On a more serious note though, this 16+ hours of not logging in is a pain for me too :/

    Not to beat a dead horse, but I am stuck on installing pre-req.'s as well. I am just wondering if besides being also stuck, does anyone have an answer to what to do? Online support doesn't really have a thread of useful info. Will it resolve on it's own or do I have to submit a helpdesk ticket? One would think there would be an online/forum comment addressing and owning up to the issues and what players should do. If you pay to play as I do, it is expected to have some semblance of responsibility to us in the form of an answer to an obvious wide spread issue.

    From Lotro twitter feed...We are working with our provider to resolve an issue with internet routes that is preventing some players from logging in. It's a known issue just keep checking twitter for updates...https://twitter.com/lotro

    Also if you're in game don't log out or you won't be able to get back in!
