Captain :

Champion :

Guardian :

Hunter :

Lore-master :

Minstrel :

Rune-keeper :

Warden :

If we are speaking about the absolute endgame, so very high difficulty instances and raids:

Minstrel: Blue (Healer)
Captain: Yellow (Tank) and Red (support - group buffs)
Champion: Yellow (AoE damage)
Guardian: Blue (tank) but Captain is always preferred to Guard
Lore-Master: Yellow (support - enemy debuffs)
Warden - Red (damage)
Rune-Keeper: Red (damage) but other damage classes preferred, Rune-Keeper mostly wanted for Do Not Fall skill
Beorning: Yellow (Healer), but Minstrel preferred
