Dont remember the names just choose those that give will-mastery-critical and finesse.Put in mind tho that when you be fully geard later probably you will need to change some of those with defensive ones cause your stats will be already cap with out them.Also defensive virtues helps to end game content.
Best race probably Stoot Axe dwarf of Elf/high elf.

Fidelity = Tactical Mitigation + Vitality + Physical Mitigation
Tolerance = Tactical Mitigation + Resistance Rating + Physical Mitigation
Compassion = Physical Mitigation + Tactical Mitigation + Armor
Wit - Finesse + Critical Rating + Physical Mastery + Tactical Mastery

Combination depends the situation for example if you put tactical mitigation virtue in an instance that need physical mitigation then its useless.This combination is not bad if you want to level up tho.At the moment our gear is low so you need help from more offensive virtues.I told you put on those that give,will,tactical mastery,finesse and critical.Do that until you get better armor or find an instance that need for you to put more defense on.For best results do 2 trait lines one with offensive virtues and one with defensive.Also play yellow not red is more useful at the moment especially if you want to level up.You will play Red probably with Raid.Those that you post is generally good to have them at max so you can change depends the situation.
