The game worlds have reopened.
NOTE: There is a new Featured Instance for the remainder of this week, as well as next week: The School at Tham Mírdain. Additionally, the following three instances are capped at level 120 for now: The Silent Street, The Quays of the Harlond, and Blood of the Black Serpent.
