Windows 10 v.1903 Locking Graphic settings

Is there any idea if and/or when a fix will be coming?

Occurs on 32bit and 64 bit.

    Options: Graphics

Ambient Light: I can adjust down from 1.00, but cannot increase above 1.00

    Brightness: Locked at 1.00

    Contrast: Locked at 1.00

    Gamma: Locked at 1.00

With graphics locked, instances that are very dark, are not navigable.

I was able to get my old Win 7 machine to login to LoTRO and confirmed that the Graphic adjustment sliders work in Win 7./

This has been this way for at least a year now and no fix. It is so annoying. I have my gpu settings set to not use lotro settings and then make my desktop lighter in value so i can see in the game. Its a pain and i dislike the lighter desktop, but as you say, you cant see in a black world!! I do not understand why lotro has not yet fixed this. I mean really a year?

its a problem with running dual monitors.

unplug your 2nd monitor completely (from the back of your GPU), and you can adjust sliders..then you can connect the 2nd one back. The settings will stay but the moment you connet the 2nd monitor, you will no longer will be move the sliders again.

Well at least that is a work-around. But. you should not have to do it.
