Question The Jolly Hunter - Kindred with Iron Garrison Guards requirement

So here I launched myself into Moria, working a few hours to get Kindred with the Garrisons, only to find I already had the Jolly Hunter deed completed and the Trait Point for it granted.

Sure, that's fine, but how? Pondering if any other of my high level Characters could have gotten it or other ways.

Right know I have no explanation for me having the deed without having done the reputation required for it. Ideas?

Ey I think I figured out it must have come from either GoV or BoV. Not sure which but I do seem to recall BoV had some changes made in regards to gifting Trait Points up to level 95, which were lacking in early versions of BoV.
