Can someone identify these Armour pieces?

The one the dwarf is wearing here: https://www.mmobomb.com/mordor-or-bu...-extended-2017

    And here: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.eng...s-in-the-game/

Also, are either obtainable on the legendary server? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first dwarven armor is out of reach, sadly, as you can only get it when Rohan is there, I think it is even from *West* Rohan (aka Helms Deep), the latter part of the two. See https://www.lotro.com/forums/showthr...81#post6404981

The second one is extremely hard to see (completely blurred), and doesn't seem to match the helmet and shoulders set. Sorry.

I’m fairly sure the second armor set is obtainable throughout Eriador. Try heavy armor quest rewards from dwarves. Near esteldin, the dwarf camp in Angmar, and of course ered Luin come to mind.
After thinking a moment, I’m also quite sure it’s a craftable armor set in the 20s-30s, and the great barrow heavy armor set barter-able for medallions.
The piece that seems unique to me is the helm. Not sure if it follows the chest and shoulders.

Easy. This is the Barrows heavy armour set. You can easily get it from Classics vendor in skirmish camp, under Great Barrows tab.
