Customer Service from SSG is non existence.

I have been waiting a whole day to get help with this new Legendary Server install and update.

I have sent Cordovan two messages with no response...I understand he is swamped with the queue issue and users...so i cant fault him.

sorry SSG...hire more techs...to help us users...no excuse...especially around a huge "new server" announcement.

Your performance as a company with customers falls below any standard of diligence or desire to help its paying customers...

I do hope you listen to your customers...as i am not alone...

Tolkien would be embarrassed and upset to be affiliated with your job and customer service.
