    How long to wait for support? (5 business days so far)

    My wife was unable access her account. We submitted a ticked on Sunday and got the auto-response.

    Its been 3 business days and haven't heard anything.

    How long is she going to have to wait?

    Currently 5 business days with no response.

    I honestly cannot recall any time I have waited this long for support.

    How on earth is this acceptable?

    A week is pretty much the minimum wait these days; down from 2 weeks last year; however that is for the easiest of requests.

    8 days without a response, 6 business days.

    She has already missed out on the sale for the riding skill last week.

    Have you checked the ticket status??

    if you havent had an update by the start of the 11th working day, put another ticket in.

    I am at a week for a support request, hoping that it's not too much longer.

    I can't get into the game at all, would hate to start losing houses/Kin houses and such because I can't get in to pay upkeep...

    6 days waiting here also for my wife's account being inaccessible. Not sure if they even have support anymore. At least with turbine I had a customer support number I could call when their support system failed.

    Same issue here, terrible customer service.
    They messed out the connection between my lotro account and email, and since I tried to resolve the issue we have passed 6 days without as much of a notice with estimated waiting period

    8 days and counting as well. At least some sort of acknowledgement would be better than sitting in limbo.

    Firewall Heuristics often have a fit after a major LOTRO update, and block internet access; have you checked the firewall logs, especially the Heuristic scanner logs?? U23 update made COMODO block the game on my system (again).

    Thanks for the response but as the picture shows the launcher is able to access the internet visa the blue bar updating
    .

    No, I have seen that blue bar even when the server was down, it is just an animation; same as I regularly see the in-game connection monitor say I have a perfect connection with no dropped packets LONG after it has lost the connection entirely.

    If it had actually established a connection and started to download, it would have cleared the animation and started a blue bar at 0%, however the initial packets are so small, it jumps to around 55% before your eyes have a chance to register the change.

    yeah, that 55% is the number of files downloaded out of the total, and not the actual amount of data downloaded out of the total.

    I;m sorry Ididn't say that right, but I know my launcher has access because I see it go through the steps of downloading the screens etc..

    I waited 2 weeks for a CS reply on 2 support requests I sent via their website.

    Guess what? They interacted with my via e-mail for a whole few afternoon hours on friday & that was it. Not a single reply today. And I don't expect any. My issue, ofc, is still ongoing.

    Took a weigh off my shoulders just uninstalling. I won't get my money back, much less the time that I couldnt spend in game due to character lock-outs...
