Question Loot Question: Webs of the Scuttledells

While on my quest to make a Zealot of Pain outfit, I've encountered a problem.

The bosses in the Scuttledells don't seem to drop anything-- at all. Despite what the LotrO wiki says.

    Behold the item: https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Item:Spider-silk_Cloak

I've run the instance at level 30, 50 and 85 - but on all three runs, Digelir didn't drop diddly-zip.

Is this cloak now a skirmish vendor item?

That item is from Update 9 and 10 loot tables at level 85 cap. All of those loot tables were destroyed by the Helm's Deep Expansion debacle.

So you can't obtain them anymore unless someone saved them.

However, the cosmetic is exactly the same as Legolas' Cloak from the Year 7 Scavenger Hunt Anniversary Quest

It also shares a skin with the Cloak of the Unwelcome Guest, which is a quest reward from the Thinglad area: https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...nwelcome_Guest

Unwelcome Guest is exactly the same, I have both wardrobed. It is from end of Thinglad quests in the Great River.
Tip for the cloak as a deco, you can pretend it's hood on/off by adding this separate hoodie (from the foundry): https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Item:Urdhol-helm
