    Missing Quests

Hello, I over-leveled and forgot to put the tortoise stone on my alts. So, I missed the auto-pop quests to go onto the next region and they disappeared. Is there a way to get those back or are they gone forever?

If you declined those popups when they happened, you may have missed out on a bit of xp but nothing serious. Those popup messages normally tell you to talk to a particular NPC, so the NPC should still have the quest the popup message was about. The catch is, without knowing which specific popups you may have declined, we have no way to know which NPC's you should talk to.

If you did accept the popup messages but just didn't do them because you were busy with other quests at the time, they should be listed as uncompleted quests in your quest log. Open your quest log (quest ring icon on the left, below your skillbars, or click the ring icon on a tracked quest near the top right corner of your screen). All quests you have accepted but not completed are listed there according to the region the quest is in. You'll have to look through the list and figure out which quests you're looking for yourself.

If you are just not sure where you should go next, look at these links.

Thank you for the kindly reply.

One of the quests was an Introduction to go to Evendim
And, the other was an Introduction to go to North Downs.

I know there is an NPC in the Lone Lands who has several quests which send players to the North Downs. The NPC is Frideric the Elder, in the Ost Guruth ruins.

One quest sends the player to Trestlebridge (Trouble at Trestlebridge), which is at the southern edge of the North Downs. This is a level 22 quest.

The other quest is part of the epic quest line. Vol 1 Book 3 Forward: Fires in the North. This quest sends you to Esteldin, the main quest hub in the North Downs. This is a level 29 quest.

North Downs quests are mostly in the mid 20's to low 30's level range.
Evendim quests are mostly in the level 30 - 40 range, so they should be done after North Downs.

After a bit of checking, another Ost Guruth NPC has a quest sending you to Oatbarton, in the southern part of Evendim. The NPC is Hana the Young and the quest is "Oatmeal Problems", a level 30 quest.

An NPC called Ferrif in Esteldin (North Downs) has a level 30 quest "Going to the Market" which also sends you to Oatbarton.
