Some things we do enjoy about moor's

I really like the aspect feeling as just a mere soldier in this war

The feeling of capturing a keep then standing in cg room looking down on guard in case of threat of siege

Strolling into either elf camp of orc camp feeling like you know you can still be ambushed but you have some sort of protection until you reach your next destination

I really do enjoy taking or holding outpost, the bonus I don't really pay to mch mind to but its quite cool when you go defend a OP

I do enjoy the random boss mob's throughout the map, although wish they were more aggressive like roving threat's to really outline the danger's on wandering alone

Also the constant feeling that you can be ambushed by either side's stealth class while roaming the map is also nice, keeps me on toe's instead riding around with auto run like I doon landscape

My overall favorite thing's about moor's feel free post yours

No need. There is no "real" threat for a freep in the moors in a 1vs1 .. just relax and enjoy your power as long as it lasts .. but i guess it lasts 4ever.

Ignore the creep mik, i do enjoy the same things. I furthermore enjoy running solo when zerg craids are up And roaming around when they talking keep.
Also i would like to see same osgiliath action cause People moaned for back And forth in lug grams action .
Ettens is Lovely place for roaming pvp. Ssg buff a bit more some creeps rvr wls And a bit the bas defences. Wargs are OK cause most are macro And defis give them some dps too so Can solo. Add some more tree And bushes in lc And between lug grams And tr gv And let us hunt And battle in a dark forest!!! ??

Look, these 'Flaming' posts are pretty pathetic btw, shouldn't this be in the Freep forum? But who reads those? so here you are.

My guess if the Creep buff ever happens (lol) i'll be seeing the same names calling for creep nerfs, most decent freeps have given up Moors now due to embarrassment, all thats left is the cancerous trash that think pvp as it stands now is the new 'Norm'.

No I think some freeptrash ...burgs/tards....mostly seem a bit worried by U23, though I'm not sure why given this company's track record, so relax, ride around the moors, enjoy looking down from Op's and keeps, because thats what pvp is right now, PVE.

What i really enjoy: cool and challenging fights against Players who know how to Play their class and make me to use everything i have.
Sadly most good players left this game in the last years.
Oh and sometimes we had a lot of cool 6v6 fights, but that was on german Servers in 2014 with a different "balance".

Maybe a Sharpened stick to poke freeps in the eyes. lol

In all honesty, at least until recently a well played R6+ defiler could solo, as long as they had paitence. Plus if you buffed up the damage anymore, there would only be a Sea of badly played defilers throwing Gourds, in groups with stacked Efflorescence, with maybe a BA and a warg.

Although a cleanse skill would be extremely helpful, along with an incombat rez.

    Back to the topic.

Once upon a time it was fun playing Creep, we made good friends with likeminded people that were looking for a challenge, we reveled in the wins and learnt from our losses. Most of the time having a good laugh and not getting to stressed out as the part of the game we choose to play didn't involve a continual grind for gear.

In recent times a lot of us have given up in despair that we have become less underdog and become a mere animated mobile training dummy for the newer generation of Freep player that, as it seems to appear not looking for a challenge. Mainly down to bad development from the current Company that is holding the rights to hosting and developing this game.

One of the best memories that out live all the fighting I have been part of in the last 11 years is watching a totally new player come out to the Moors and get wrecked 100's if not 1000's of times, to watch them develop into a better if not somewhat great player.

Years ago I ran into a Champ who couldn't pvp much at all. This Champ died again and again to every Creep class. He ran solo and it seemed was not intimidated in the least at death. He would come out of the rez and continue to fight on. One day several years later while I was in a full raid, the whole raid stopped and watched this Champ fight a Reaver. Suddenly 3 Wargs appeared and then a Defiler showed up. All the while our Creep raid was treading water not far from GTA watching this fight down from Lugz rez near the water. He killed the Reaver. He killed all three Wargs. The Reaver returned just as the Defiler died. The Wargs attacked and he killed them again. Eventually attrition built up and he died. Our raid in TS was full of amazed comment about how this noob Champ feared nothing and in the face of out numbered odds kept going. This was the Champion at level 85.

Great because the Champ learned mostly on his own always solo. He was not the best Champ I ever fought but he certainly was the one I most admire.

    Good stuff, great memory.

I play creeps mainly. I will tell you what is the most obvious appeal for me.

Once you finish the grind, it's done forever. Sure there is imbalance blah blah blah, but my r14 will stay r14. At most, we have to grind for audacity again but that's not so bad compared to a new lvl cap for freeps. It's also the reason I still play creep. I don't have to invest much into it!

    Other minor things include,
-creeps have every skill are either fast or immediate, so everything flows smoothly,
-you never have to worry about running out of power anymore,
    -buffs don't erase upon death

To me the Moors is a vacation from the daily grind of PVE.
I go there at lease once a week (Tuesday nights on Landy). I visit Arken and Evernight too.
Even in the current state I wish more folks would come out. But those dailies just have to be completed (on all their capped toons).
Treat it as a vacation from the day-to-day boredom of the dreaded dailies (even it it's only once or twice a week).

Won't say who I am, too embarrassed at my lack of skill (both freep and creep).

I probably would have left the game with the introduction of Helm's Deep and trait trees if not for the Moors. I know it's far from perfect and balance has always been an issue, but it is what you make of it. After hitting r15 more than three years ago, I still enjoy the Moors!

Well said, Vicka. Of course, I will now make it my life’s work to figure out who you are! Glad to have you in the Moors on Tuesdays and any other time. Bring friends!

hilariously, there are even some freeps (even some burgs) who think theyre top at their class because they can kill creeps. . I was roaming on warg once when i got oneshot by a burg, later he hmu on creepside and told me i got "outskilled" -_-

Trash will do what trash will do...I can't really say any more, unless a fight goes on for about 1 minute 30 and both combatants are close to death there is NO skill involved, just broken mechanics doing what broken mechanics will do, even the GOOD freeps realised this and had the decency to take a time out, the 'Freeps' (term used loosely) left in the game now?.......just cancerous lowlife trash, not worth engaging in combat or threads.

    Also

Ive enjoyed few fights lately on evernight server during these past 4 days, each majority of them lasting into the 10 minute 15 minute mark with run backs from fallen dps & mapping bac for fallen creep dps, each group was not op builds such as stacking of 1 particular class, these are moments I enjoy and is another thing I'd like to mention that I enjoyed in moors
