Question Belfalas premium houses - buying for mithril, selling for writs

    Hi
correct me if I'm wrong but if I buy a premium house for mithril I won't get mithril back when selling but only premium housing writs ( https://lotro-wiki.com/index.php/Ite...m_Housing_Writ ).
If that is correct how many writs do I get back for a deluxe house that prices was 422 mithril.

I believe that is correct - at least I don't recall ever getting anything but writs back. No guess as to how many - sorry.

I posted a thread on a similar question. Seems you don't know how much you lose until you try to sell the house. How do you forfeit a premium house? I looked in house management and the house menu but didn't see that option? And the writs are only good to sell to another player? Or to buy another house? MC always seems the cheaper way to buy than writs.
