    Delay to Barrage

Why? Isn't it enough that the hunter has to fill their power bar before using Barrage, you have to put a delay there to make it even longer? What normally happens The hunter has to get his power up before using Barrage. Then they have to bring the power back up (10 secs) then barrage 3x power up barrage 3x. Now it will be power up Barrage 3x wait 20 sec power up 10 secs a total of 30 secs before using barrage again. Way to go SSG break the hunter for the last time.

I think you'll find lots of discussion about class changes already in the correct forum: https://www.lotro.com/forums/forumdi...c-Test-Server)

I gather the idea was to make it so that red hunter once again had higher dps than blue, but doing it mostly by nerfing blue rather than buffing red. They also stated that barrage is a "1 button rotation" (which isn't true) so they wanted to force a more complicated rotation. Of course by nerfing barrage they actually simplified the rotation rather than making it more complicated. Not only does the effective elimination of barrage reduce the number of skills in the regular rotation (again it was never a 1 button rotation, as anyone who actually plays the class well knows) but it also reduces some of the focus and power management issues that frequent use of barrage required.

So it is a massive nerf to blue dps, combined with possibly a modest buff to red, and in either case a much simplified rotation dependent mostly upon pen shot which greatly reduces focus and power issues.
