One question from someone who likes to min/max:

Is there a way to compare two character gear setups directly in this app?
Sure, you can open multiple instances with the gear setups you want to compare but you have to manually calculate the differences in stats.

That is one advantage of an excel spreadsheet, you can just add a comparison row that shows you the differences.

    Hi Mandura,

I had a look at your application. Its a great job...
I must admit I thought of including such a feature in Lotro Companion.

    And, for the comparison feature...
    - that's in the list of future features. If you have an idea on how (graphically) it could be implemented in the future, I'd be interested.
    - as for now, what you can do is:
In the character window, open the 'details' window (and keep it opened). Each change you do afterwards in the character window will be shown in the details window, with nice green/red deltas.

You can also use the stash to copy an item you like. Then choose another one. Then bring back the first one from the stash...
The stash is a place where you can store the items you like and copy/paste them between all the configurations of a toon.

Use right-click on an item of the equipment panel to access to stash features (popup menu).

But its not as easy as a dedicated comparison tool, that would work between 2 configurations of the same character or between 2 configurations of different characters. And may me more than 2 configurations??

    Crafting synopsis...

    Hi all,

I'm currently working on a crafting synopsis window:

To have a synopsis view of the current crafting levels/professions for all (or a selection) your toons...
You can filter by profession, sort by profession or crafting level...

It will be in the next release...

    Added guild support

Hi all, I just wanted to let you know what I've been working on for, oh! 1 month now...

First of all, I can now edit the history of a guild history:

And the guild level is displayed in the crafting synopsis:

It will be in the next release... soon!

    Faction history

Now that I can edit the history of the guild faction, it seems easy and logical to add this for all possible factions:

There is now a 'Edit' button for each faction:

It will be in the next release... soon!

    Stat contributions

Then I started to work on a display of stats contributions. It is not finished yet.
The idea is to know, for a given stat, where does it comes from. It comes froms stat 'sources', which may be the 'body' (stat acquired as a ungeared toon, depends on race, class, level), gear piece, virtue, buff, stat tome, and... another stat!!! which in turn also comes from sources, which may be the same or not.

So there will be two modes for this display:
    - one with no indirect contribution resolution
(see how physical mastery mainly comes from... might. The displayed contribs are for a Champion)

    - another one where source stat contributions are 'resolved'...

It will be in the next release... soon!

    Rating->percentage curves

The next version will also includes the famous 'rating to percentage' curves (thanks Giseldah!!!)

The last 2 features (contribs and curves) still need some love before release!
