What is the equivalent of pizza in Middle-earth?

I would assume you could easily jazz up a piece of lembas ... add some sauce, some cheese, etc.

    Weekly Question

First, you take some standard waybread (lembas, if you're feeling particularly artisan), then you add crushed tomatoes made into a paste/sauce, add your favorite cheese, then top it off with nice, crispy bacon. Bake it in an oven until all the cheese is nice and melted. No one in Middle-earth remembers the official name of the dish, but everyone just calls it " 'Zah".

    Hubble, Bubble, toil and trouble.....

    Take a perfect pie.
    Toss the pie filling away.
Throw some ham, pineapple, whatever you can find, in
Add about 30 of Gandalf's fireworks....

What is the equivalent of pizza in Middle-earth?

How about Calembel tomato pie topped with cheese? A favorite comestible throughout the Belfalas region!
Of course, in Pelargir and western Harondor you can get a dish consisting of flatbread topped with olives and anchovies; but most connoisseurs consider the Calembel version to be the "historically accurate" and "superior" dish.

Hornblower's Pie with mushrooms and cheese.

...none of those quest pies were in fact spoiled. They have been confiscated under that excuse by the pie-seizing authority, hoarded, and devoured.

What is the equivalent of pizza in Middle-earth?

A pizza is like an elf woman,
    the base is very thin,
you got your nice juicy tomatosauce,
    that fine meat,
the smell of seasoning on every pizza is unique and aromatic,
those toppings that can be sweet or spicy,
and it's all baked in a kind of oven.

    God, do I like pizza.
