    Exclamation Account suspended

    Hello all! There are 2 problems what i meet when I get back to the lotro after half year relax. But now when i get back and tryed to buy traits for my character i have got massege * Your account was suspended* this happens every time when i trying to buy somethink at lotro store. Second problem I think i happens becouse first , I haven't got gift of 2 character slots on my account. Please help me .

    You need to contact Turbine Account Management. You can do this by either:

    1) Calling Turbine on the telephone when the lines are open. Generally - M-F, 2 PM - 6 PM Eastern time

    2) Put in a email ticket via the support site. Wait for a response which could be as long as five working days - a calendar week.
