    Is a refund possible in this case?

    I would like to know as i'm quite pissed off right now. I was stupid and rushed to buy a character transfer token on the account I was already logged into, not the one which had the character I wanted to transfer. So essentially I bought a transfer token on the WRONG account and i'd like a refund so I can buy it on the CORRECT account.

    Please, I hope this is possible else i'll have a spare token I will never use -.-

    You will need to call Turbine Account Management on the telephone as soon as possible. Explain the situation to them. As to whether they will help you out of not. No idea. You will have to call and ask.

    The longer you wait the less likely you will get any help. I do not recommend using the very slow email ticket system.
