Ok. I heard back from Turbine Support this morning. All they asked me was what folders I had in C:\Users and if I felt comfortable using System Restore. Then they suggested I might try using System Restore to a point before the problem occurred. I don't really want to do that because it might require me reinstalling a significant amount of stuff. But if I have to... Maybe I'll try it later tonight if I have the time.
