    Let's Go To Weatherstock!!

    Weatherstock VI is almost here!
    The concert will be Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Weathertop (Amon Sul) in the Lone Lands!
    10 bands will play and compete!
    Band Registration begins Monday, May 19th!
    More information as it becomes available!
    Over 600 players attended last year's show!
    So, come join us for a day of Music, Dancing, and Pie!!
    Be part of the largest player-run event in Middle-Earth!

Interested bands must apply before then at the website listed above, as we already have more than 10 bands having applied and need to hold the lottery and decide on times for the Weatherstock Concert Series.

    12:00 - 1:00 pm: LMB Mega-Band concert at Forsaken Inn.
    1:00 - 1:15 pm: Mounted Procession from Forsaken Inn to Summit of Weathertop.
    1:15 - 2:00 pm: LMB Mega-Band lag-buster performance; Public Service Announcements.
    2:00 - 4:30 pm: Battle of the Bands (10 bands each play a short set).
    4:30 - 5:00 pm: LMB Mega-Band; voting for People's Choice Award and LMB Cup.
    5:00 - 5:30 pm: Awards Ceremony; encore from winning bands.
    5:30 - 6:00 pm: Mounted Procession from Weathertop to Bree-town.

    Whilst cooking for Elevensies, Tinki floors 2 Orcs with her frying pan and fresh caught fish. The frying pan critted for 18 hp and the fish was extra tender afterwards.

    A big thank you to all the bands, staff, and all the attendees (ingame and on the livestreams)! This sort of magic doesn't happen without you and all the hard work you put into it.



    If there was one thing I took away from this year's production, it was a statement in Sapience's Lotrocast livestream chat. To paraphrase (as I don't remember the exact wording):

    This is what happens when people show what this game can do, as opposed to the constant complaining of what it can't do.

    Congratulations to the bands who performed at Weatherstock!

    This year’s event broke attendance records, entertaining a crowd of over 750 music fans, both at Weathertop and through three livesteam events.
