Returning [;ayer and escrow broker questions

I have resumed playing after a break. I understand that my character's house items went into the escrow broker. I checked the escrow broker and my things were there. I went through the character updates and specialization (very cool btw) and had to log briefly. When I returned the broker mob would not open for me. I had nothing in my inventory that would allow me to decorate. Should I submit a ticket for this? Are my old things lost to the ether?

Just to be sure, have you checked all inventory including the vault? (I think vaultkeepers can also open escrow unless that changed.)
Did you buy a new house? (If so, check storage there.)
Was there a timer on the items when you first looked at escrow? How long did you log off after you saw the items before you tried to look again? Are you checking with the character the bought the original house?

If you checked everywhere, you can put in a ticket and see if Turbine can provide any additional info.

Good luck. I hope you are able to find the items.

The items will all have transferred to your personal storage chest in your new house when you bought it.

It makes it much easier to decorate your new house without all that running back and forth to the escrow broker.
