Problems with downloading the en fr files

When i click start game, it goes to a update/download page, where it says downloading en files, then when it comes to
Checking dat files it just stays there. :/
Plzz someone help?

Please provide more information --

Is this a new download?
Is this a Happy Cloud download?

If Happy Cloud, did you wait for the download to complete, or did you try to play the game when it claimed you could?
