    Can't Cancel Subscription

    I am logged on and when I go to "My Account" and "Manage Subscriptions" I only get a text box that I can update my nickname.

    How do I actually manage my subscriptions? I want to cancel one of them and go Free to Play, but I can't figure that out. Is it something I have to do in game?

    If you logged into the My Account website, and are seeing no option to cancel, you may not be logging into the correct account. Double check the spelling of your username in the game launcher.
