    No Card on File?

    Getting No Card on File when trying to buy points - have re-entered card 4 times, it takes it, then says no card on file. I get a mail each time saying I've changed my billing - each time it says chase, though I'm using Amer Ex. I've exited game and re-entered.

    Early last year saw a bug with billing that required you to re-enter the card details here on the main turbine site. Doing it in-game did not work.
    https://myaccount.turbine.com/index.php In there someplace should be payment method after logging on.
