    PVP problem with grave wound dot RockX help

    Hello, im having problem with putting grave wound dot after using cutting attack on monster players. Ive submitted bug reports also. Any one experience same problem and have found a work around? If i use grave wound first it applies bleed but after using cutting attack i can no longer apply bleeds with grave wound. tried halberd,sword even made new weapon after patch.

    To help figure out what's wrong, can you go beat on the Turtle (yes, the raid in Moria) and try to repro what you were seeing in the 'Moors?

    That will tell Turbine if there's a problem with the 'Moors, or if there's a problem with the skill.

    PVE is perfectly fine ive said it in bug reports

    Are you using Lead the Charge? Trying to think of what would be the cause off the top of my head, but that's certainly bizarre behavior.

    Solution: Delete yellow line.

    In all seriousness, the SOTD bubble is still stacking addatively with audacity, causing the same behavior with our NPCs (if we attack bubbled target, we aggro our own NPCs 100% of the time).

    But on the other hand, if a captain uses SotD, creeps attack the captain, and NPCs aggro'd on the captain start going after creeps, the captain, who probably ran into the NPCs intentionally is now going to be denied the ability to keep his self-bubble up 100% of the time like they are when 100 NPCs are beating on them.

    I'll skip the usual chatter about how class changes are killing PvE (even though it applies here), but Yellow line really does need a looking at for its PvMP implications, RockX.

    While yellow line is OP solo, SoTD has been nerfed drastically - 75% damage absorb is nowhere near as good as the previous 90%, especially if we consider that WL bubbles block essentially all damage.

    I don't remember SotD ever being 90% though, afaik only WL bubble is -90%.

    Please open separate topic for Sotd.

    After further testing adding points to any skill in trees that contributes to bleed damage(make them bleed, call them out, grievous wound,etc) makes grave wound unusable after cutting attack. Even 1 point in any of them stops the effect. If i dont spend any points in those its working. RockX test it please

    Even on 1-1 between freep battles doesnt work

    Hmmm, my mistake, though it does feel less effective than it used to be - maybe I just need to get an emblem with the legacy on (if such a thing still exists, I've not got around to making an emblem yet).

    So after 12.1 yellow and blue trait lines are working normally meaning grave wound works after cutting attack. But for a person using exclusively red line in pvp the problem with grave wound not working after cutting attack is big, that means i cant slow my enemies coz i must use only grave if i want to stack bleeds. I think the problem comes from the skill bonus making grave wound aoe if cutting presents. Would like to hear from you RockX did u look it, did u test, did u found a fix and when to expect that fix? Thank u

    would be great to have this problem looked at it not already done so, i know this was bug reported many times in beta

    I know the problem.

    The problem is the fact when you use cutting attack on a target then use grave wound the grave wound is AoE. The problem is the grave wound DoT doesn't recognize Player and Monster Players thus there not getting hit/apply with said DoT. This Only happens in Redline with the 4th trait LACERATE which makes Grave wound DoT AoE when used on a target with cutting attack.

    I hope this has helped you understand this ACTIVE BUG which affects a lot of us captain PvPers.
