    A couple of questions

I am new to BB and i have a couple of questions

I am VIP so i have two tabs to choose from for my BB skills. Is it better to allocate all my merit points to one class eg Engineer for one tab and probably Officer to the oher.
or is mixing Engineer /Officer skills a better option.

With the billistas and catapults i understand the building and arming them. But how do i aim them. In a recent BB i had a catapult throwing fireballs at me but i could not see how to target it and take it out.

    Thanks

Usually you want to maximale a role rather than mixing different roles. Esp. in duos or groups it makes much more sense to have a specialist for each role rather than several jack-of-all-trades.

As for aiming catapults you should look for a target indicator on the ground. Most likely it simply wasn't in your field of view as by default catapults are set to minimum range I think. Aiming then is simply adjusting the catapult firing direction until the target indicator covers the location you want to hit. Keep in mind that the shots will not hit instantly upon firing, you have to preaim quite a bit if your target is moving.

Both Catapults and Ballista can be aimed left/right by turning them.

How far a Catapult will fire depends on how far your crank it.
A Ballista can only be cranked once, so you have to tilt it up/down to shoot farther/nearer.

If you solo though, I find it helpful to try to get R3 in Officer and go all the rest of the way in Engineer. I have a number of characters that are working their way to the 180+ points needed to do R6/R3, and they end up having to constantly toggle between stances. I don't know about you, but I always get a huge lag spike when switching stances. If you're always duoing though, specializing is usually better, although you should communicate with the other person. If you can't order Commanders to switch stances, or you can't break down barricades or do upgrades on Siege Weapons, they need to know.
