switching between LIs

can anyone tell me how to switch between LI currently I'm having problem switching back to my previous LI after trying out the new one that I recently gained in a quest. Considering that there are multiple slots in LI inventory (?) I assume you can switch between LI that are bound to the characters, I just want to know how to cycle between LIs

Right click in inventory bag or drag to skill bar to select, just like any gear. Note, can't change in combat anymore. The purpose of other slots is to level up other legendaries to decon for relics and other stuff. You get more ixp the more you have slotted up to six.
