    Someone Please Help

I used to play LOtRO a while back, and I recently downloaded the game again on my new computer. After this I tried to log in with my old username and password, but an error pops up saying, "No subscription to LOtRO found." Instead of the incorrect username/password. I had spend money on this account unlocking classes and such so I'd rather not restart an entire new game. Though I am still able to log in with the same user and pass on the sight here.

I was hoping someone knew what the problem was so I could gain access to my game again, or at least if someone was having or has had a similar experience. Any help is appreciated

Out of curiosity... Did you have an account with Codemasters?

Did you happen to have two accounts in the past? Might be that you're logging in to a Turbine account that never was associated with LotRO. That's all I can personally think of here. When things like this come up, I say it's best to get in touch with customer service and see if they see anything.

No I'm a player in North America, unless it still applies here.

Maybe, but I was sure that those were my old ones, is there any way to recover old account info by your email?

Whoever says “I” creates the “you.” Such is the trap of every conscience. The “I” signifies both solitude and rejection of solitude. Words name things and then replace them. Whoever says tomorrow, denies it. Tomorrow exists only for him who does not seek it. And yesterday? Yesterday is Kolvillàg: a name to forget, a word already forgotten.

Go to the Turbine account page (https://myaccount.turbine.com/) and under the Username field there should be a link "Forgotten your username?". It will email a list of all usernames associated with the email address.

You're certainly on the wrong account right now.

Are you sure that you're logging on to the correct one in the Launcher?
