The bundle that has the 5 milestone skills and the cooldown skill... will that bundle go on sale?
Or do I have to hope to find the individual items in the bundle on sale?

The bundle as well as the individual traveller skills are part of the sale rotation, so these will go on sale sooner or later.
Be aware though that all milestone skills share the same cooldown.
I bought myself a second milestone skill and the 'huried traveller' for all of my characters who do not have 'special' traveller skills such as the Warden and the Hunter, and I bought all of them when they were on sale.
