    can't progress beyond vol 3 chap 7 book 13

    submitting a ticket told me to contact technical support. since this is technical support I plead you to let me play this game and progress further. thanks.

    p.s. your game is buggy and still has bugs I submitted.

    Answer to your question

    I had the same issue and while waiting for a GM I remembered the items by Gamli that alter time, you need to go to pre dawn and then Aragorn is in the right place. The GM confirmed this as I was arriving at Aragorn

    This isn't exactly Technical Support. The forums are for getting help from other players. The "Windows PC Technical Support" area is for getting help when you have issues with the (Windows) client running on your computer and connecting to the servers. If you need to contact the Technical Support team, then you need to submit a ticket, selecting "LOTRO Tech Support" for the Support Team.
