I have the email on my character (Cantious) stating that I won the Helm's Deep premium lottery. I did not delete it, nor did it "poof." It's there for one week from today, I suppose. Granted, I pre-purchased Helm's Deep basic some time ago, but I sure would like to enjoy the extra items and the TP that come with being the owner of a premium edition. I tried the activation code on myaccount.turbine.com, and although it accepted the code, it said that I already had the features I was trying to activate. I am asking for help in trying to upgrade my HD basic account to the premium edition since I won the lotto. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would contact Customer Support, tell them you purchased the Basic Edition before the lotteries and ask if they could transfer your prize to another player............

Rudeness was not called for. Give the OP a break. You don't know his/her circumstances. It is always nice when you get the opportunity to upgrade something. Maybe the OP really wanted the Premium edition and could only afford the Basic. Some people can't even afford the Basic and will buy with saved up TP. I sure would be overjoyed if I found a way to upgrade from the TP version to one of the $$$ versions.

If I won, I would look at getting a refund to the pre-purchase I made too. If I couldn't, I'd stick it on a second account.
