    Cracked Earth Range is listed as a Staff Major and Minor for Loremaster LIs. Is this in error? If not an error does it stack? So i can +40 on the base skill? Sweet!!! Alas I would guess it's an error.

    Good catch! I am 95% sure that's an error (can't double-check now), because the number of minor legacies make more sense then. I think I have just got a major legacy when reforging and didn't notice it was major I corrected the list.

    Hm still seems like captains will want as many major attributes as possible for healing emblems, while the minor ones sound rather unimportant... :/

    We've been told that this is going to be looked at more in the future to fix some of the unbalanced mix between major/minor.

    Thanks, naturally I cannot check it now, but I am pretty sure the same thing happened here as with that Loremaster legacy, so it should be major legacy Fixed the OP.

    Thanks, I haven't been updating this list because it's from Beta, but it's pretty much correct still (apart from those ratings which are obviously higher on lvl 95 items).

    Champion Rune Minor has also two legacies that are not on my list:

    Great Cleave Cooldown (min +1 max +10)
    Merciful Strike Damage (min +1% max +10%)

    I believe the Minstrel Book minor legacy Dissonance Stance Swap Buff has been renamed Fresh Voice Buff. It does the same thing - for the 10s the buff is active when one swaps into Dissonance Stance, the legacy let's you do +1-10% more damage.

    Great list, but you might want to distinguish between 1H and 2H weapons. For example: Bash damage is only avaiable for 1H guardian weapons, which makes sense since he won't be able to bash if he is holding a 2H weapon.

    I think a dev said somewhere that nowadays (since HD) there is no more separate 1H and 2H list for guardians: there is only one list for weapon legacies like it is for everyone else. I *think* you can actually put a bash damage legacy into 2H weapon if you like (although that wouldn't be wise of course ).

    I am not on my RK at the moment, but did want to point out a bug. If memory serves, the legacy for Ceaseless Argument is bugged and actually gives -% damage. Using that legacy (and worse, upgrading it) means you do less damage with Ceaseless Argument.

    True. However, this bug was fixed yesterday with patch 12.2.

    It's there, just labeled as "Force Taunt duration" (belts, minor). Sometimes legacy scrolls have different names than legacies itself, this might be one of those cases.

    There is something wrong with Fight On duration and Fight On pulses legacies. I could not use duration legacy on the rune that already had pulses on, even though they have different name they seem to be the same one.

    The duration legacy was for the old version of fight on(the legendary trait-[book,pages-"Joy of Battle"]), the one that drained enemies of power and gave it to us and increased damage for a length of time(?).
    The pulses legacy is for the new/current version of fight on that only restores morale.

    It got switched when the old trait system turned into the newer trait trees.

    The store still sells the duration version but in game is the pulses version. You can slot either one but not both as they now do the same exact thing.
    so now basically it's the same legacy with 2 different names and if you slot the duration legacy it it renames itself to pulses.

    The store still sells the duration version but in game is the pulses version. You can slot either one but not both as they now do the same exact thing.
    so now basically it's the same legacy with 2 different names and if you slot the duration legacy it it renames itself to pulses.
    I figured it must be something like that.
    Last time I played I had the old (worthless) Fight On. When I got back to the game a few months ago, first thing I tried was to update my LIs and encountered the problem with those 2 legacies. I opened the ticket but it got closed without any explanation leaving me baffled.
    I wonder why GM couldnt just write down for me what you did now.
