    Question Festivals and When?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could tell me about when festivals happen at least marginally. I've looked everywhere on Google and no previous forum has answered for me.

I don't think that theres a consistent day for each fest every year to come. I don't think lotro fests work that way, right? So all I want is which month or season it come in or previous dates to give me an idea. I also have heard that there are events like Treasure Hunt that don't come annually but only after a while. Which festivals are they and when do these come in?

Thank you. this post may save many players from missing festivals and events again!

You are correct, the lotro festivals aren't always taking place on the exact same dates.

This year these were the dates:

    Anniversary Festival: 16 April - 6 May
    Spring Festival: 21 May - 4 June
    Treasure Hunt: 28 June - 1 July
    Summer Festival: 24 July - 12 August
    Farmer's Faire: 5 Sept- 19 Sept
The Tale of the Shipwrecked Mariners: 18 Sept - 23 Sept
    Bilbo & Frodo's Birthday: 22 Sept - 26 Sept
    Harvestmath: 22 Okt - 4 Nov

Yule Festival 2012 began December 17, 2012, and ended on January 3, 2013

    A little more detail...

Anniversary Festival is always scheduled near the original go-live date of April 30.

The Tale of the Shipwrecked Mariners is always around Talk Like a Pirate Day - Sept 19

Bilbo & Frodo's Birthday is Sept 22 so the birthday event coveers that date.

Treasure Hunt is random. Turbine opens that up for a few days whenever they decide to do so.

The rest are roughly seasonal, but have come earlier in some years and could come later.

Actually all the events have been rather random now it seems... the treasure event happened TWICE! and the tale of the shipwrecked thing only was there for a day! >.< missed out on an eye patch :'(
