You need to wait for the ticket to be processed by Turbine Account Management which may take some days. Be sure to monitor your email for any messages from Turbine. You may get a machine generated response. You have to reply to the response email to queue your ticket for processing by a human. Failure to reply will result in the ticket being closed as Spam.
