Power Leveing - Horse Lords Style

    Aackili’s Power-Leveling Guide - LOTRO

Getting to the next level is always fun, but sometimes the path getting there can be a pain. For anyone who has done a horse lords raid; there is a clear way to gain fast levels. Chain killing, in a party or raid, yields the fastest kills for overall efficient experience. Ideally finding NPC’s 5-6 levels above you gives the best exp, but it is not always easy to find people at the same level. This guide is written to offer fast spawning mobs in level ranges useful throughout the leveling experience.

1-7: Introductory zone, just do the quests to unlock access to the lotro world.

10-16: South Guard Ruins in Bree Land (35.7S, 51.6W) *Grinding this early may be rough*

Note: Anything before level 20 may be difficult. Game play abilities are targeted for solo play until lv 20.

    17-23: Barad Iachiant in Lonelands (35.8S, 38.3W)

    22-28: Nan Dhelu in Lonelands (30.5S, 25.3W)

26-32: The Outer Gates in Lonelands (28.0S, 25.2W)

    31-37: Drauglad in Trollshaws (35.0S, 13.9W)

38-42: The Bitter Stair in Misty Mountains (12.9S, 2.2W)

42-48: Gobbie Town in the Misty Mountains (21.0S, 6.1E)

    45-51: Snaga-Madhul in the Great Delving (7.8S, 114.4W)

47-53: Tharakh Bazan in Durins way (3.6S, 109.2W)

    54-60: Nardur – Stazg in Lothlorien (8.3S, 73.5W)

59-65: Dol Guldur in Mirkwood (DG instance runs also)

69-75: Helstor in the Great River (28.9S, 50.5W)

75-79: Cinder and Salamanders – The Seething Mire in the Wold (37.9S, 54.3W)

79-85: Horse Lords Raid – Fushaum Doram in the Wildermore (39.2S, 56.8W)

Just giving a little hint, quests that are 6+ levels above you are NOT obtainable by people (excluding moors quests that you got before an expansion came out.) Quests 5 level and below are though

    Plexe
    Helms Deep Explorer
    TILLENT - 56 MINISTREL : TERTKING - 42 CAPTAIN : HONEYOAK - 26 CHAMPION : SHAPSHAPSHAPSHAPSHAPSHAPSHAPSHAP - RANK 4 REAVER

    Hot tip #2

this will leave you with Virtues ranging from 1 to 3, you will not have finished a lot of class deeds, the above does not include getting your start LIs nor unlocking any skirms, you will gain little rep, sitting in a so called Horse-Lords raid getting others to do your work for you is the most pathetic way to not actually playing the game available, this guide will not get enough quest gear to level in and will demand you have an army of crafters or that you use marks and meds for the barter stuff at 25 50 65 75 85, this guide will not generate much tp along the way

In other words: if your fancy is being a caplevel gimp, go ahead!

Truly you don't need to barter things at 25/50/65/75/85 unless you want to, waste of time getting the marks and meds for everything if your going to level up so quickly and I would NEVER skip Moria, in my opinion it has the best looking scenery in Middle-Earth
