    Store purchase... but didn't get the bought item

    Yesterday I bought in the Lotro store 3x shared storage. From each purchase I had a confirmation e-mail, however I only got 2x the 10 slots extra room.
    The TP were debited from my account.

    In the confirmation e-mails is in the 2nd and 3rd purchase the SAME text, in both is spoken of expansion XII instead of XII and XIII.
    (If it will be helpfull, I can send these e-mails as well for a better overview. Just let me know where to. )
    Can you help me solve this issue?
    Or tell me where to go to solve this please? I already made a ticket ingame, but was forwarded here.

    You need to contact the Turbine Account Management Team. There are two ways to do that:

    1) Submit an email ticket:
    via the support site and wait some days. Turbine not quick at handling an email ticket. You will get a machine generated response fairly quickly to your email. You must respond to this email otherwise your ticket will be auto closed as Spam.

    2) Call them on the telephone:
    when the lines are open. Yula approved because I do not have any patience. I want it fixed within hopefully 120 seconds or so.
