You need to contact the Turbine Account Management Team. There are two ways to do that:
1) Submit an email ticket:
via the support site and wait some days. Turbine not quick at handling an email ticket. You will get a machine generated response fairly quickly to your email. You must respond to this email otherwise your ticket will be auto closed as Spam.
2) Call them on the telephone:
when the lines are open. Yula approved because I do not have any patience. I want it fixed within hopefully 120 seconds or so.
