    Vip +100% xp?

Can someone clarify what: Daily +100% XP*
    * +100% XP for 30% of a level (daily upon login).

    actually means?

For a level of 10,000XP does it mean that no matter how many days one logs in, a max of 1,500 EXTRA VIP XP is granted, or is it 3,000 extra VIP XP?

At 3:00 AM /servertime (U.S. Eastern Time) each day, you will get a bonus on your XP bar equal to 30% of the current level's XP. If you don't use this bonus XP, it does not accumulate. It simply resets to 30% each day.

In your example, if it takes 10,000 XP total to get to the next level, you will get 3,000 bonus XP. It's based on the total, not on how much is actually remaining. So if you're at 9,999/10,000 XP, you will still get 3,000 bonus.

Until that bonus is consumed, you get double XP for creature kills, quest completion, and crafting. You also get double mount XP and Legendary Item XP for this duration, although those don't consume any of the bonus.

To further clarify, the total double XP amount (for creature kills, quest completions, and crafting) is removed from your bonus XP bar, so you essentially get 15% bonus XP of your current level's XP (the other 15% extracted is XP you would have normally got anyway).
