Does anyone know what armour/cosmetics the RK is wearing in this poster?

Scroll down a little to the RK section to see what I mean.

    Thanks!!

Presumably those are cosmetics acquirable in Helms Deep. I am concerned about the dual-runestones. I do not want to have to make a second set of runestones to dual-wield if that is coming. I wish marketing would stop making images that do not currently accurately reflect gameplay possibilities if that is not a change that is coming.

Agreed, I think those are upcoming cosmetics. About the runestones -- I doubt if that means R-ks are going to be dual-wielding. It's just been drawn that way because that's how R-ks look in-game, even though no dual-wielding is actually happening. Here's an old screenshot of my R-k, so you can see what I mean:

How old is that screenshot? That looks like Moria.

The second runestone must be a graphical setting that I don't have checked. I can not recall ever seeing a second runestone in my hands for the animation. The rest of the animation was as expected.

Crell, you're right, that screenshot is from Moria. (I'm sure I'm not the only one who took screenshots while I was stuck in that goo!) My settings still look like that though. Here's another screenshot that I took a few minutes ago:

If there's a setting that makes my r-k look like she's dual-wielding, I'm not sure what it is, but it must be something I've always had checked because I don't remember ever looking like I'm not holding two runestones.

That set is not yet in game. Is either a concept art or 1 of the Helms deep future sets.

Rune Keepers have always dual wield the rune stone, is a 2 hand weapon because you get a pair of stones with each item. Think about them as 2 magnets reacting with each other . If they ever give us the ability to use 2 stone items, to balance out they will need to make each item a 1 hand stone with lower dps, so each item will not be a pair anymore.

It's not concept art - it's clearly renders in the game engine. The Champion is wearing one of the Ettenmoors armor sets and the Warden is wearing one of the Erebor sets. You'll also notice the back items are familiar things like the RoR pre-order cloak (on the Captain) and the tattered Sailor's cloak (on the Burglar).

But as for the bulk of the armor, yes, it looks to be new gear following in very much the same vein as the Erebor sets and crafted armor sets of East Rohan and Wildermore. A lot of the same basic shapes are there in the sculpt of the armor - the Guardian's boots are quite similar to those of the level 85 crafted heavy set, for instance. I actually wouldn't be surprised if these were mostly quest and crafted sets, as that's what was done in most of the promo shots for RoR.
