    New Lotro Market broken?

    I have looked around the forums and haven't been able to find anything about this problem: when I click the "Buy Now" button for the Expansion Quad Pack it just takes me to the top of the page, I've tried using internet explorer and firefox, anyone have some insight on this? Thanks.

    Same thing happens to me when I try to buy TP.

    The in-game store won't let me buy TP either...

    Kinda sad that currently the only way for me to buy TP is to contact customer support so that they can manually charge my credit card for the point package that I tell them. Oh well... Having the Lotro Market down doesn't bother me that much anyways because I usually only buy TP during the double bonus points promotion and you can't even get double bonus points in the Lotro Market.

    I'm having the exact same issue and I've tried it across 3 different browsers. No dice.

    What is the currency that you are attempting to purchase with?

    Are you logged into the store when purchasing?

    I saw Points being reported, and the Quad pack. I'll pass this information along.

    Passing this information back, we resolved an issue blocking purchases. Everything is good to go now! Purchases should work as intended.

    i just purchased one and received the order receipt via email but there's no product key in it?

    Quad-Pack

    I purchased the quad pack and it shows up attached to a trial account not my VIP account? and I can't find where to download it to work with my VIP account. Please help I would love to use this new set of expansions please.

    I'm guessing you may not have been logged on to the correct account when buying it? Either that or it's just buggy.
    You're probably going to have to call the Support number to get it resolved.

    The new Market should be attached to your account directly, which means no more need for keys.

    When you log into the LOTRO Market make sure you're logged into the account that you would like the offer delivered too.

    It functions differently than store.turbine.com in that it auto bestows the account upgrade to the account you're logged into.

    @bluewhite - these are the reasons you won't have keys delivered through an email.
