A reaver who's done their homework will be running common damage in the moors, and any warg or BA who is going to be attacking the same target as a reaver should be doing the same. I HIGHLY advise keeping your common mitigation even with your tactical one.

Those are very good starting points to aim for before you get more comfortable in the moors and make 'your own' build. Just don't forget, as Giliodor mentioned, his BFP gives him +10% morale, so you could have all the same stats and not hit 17k morale since if you're a low rank he's getting a good 1k more morale than you.
