    Kinship Games

    Ladies, Gentleman, Half-Orcs,

You read this title right, what we really need in middle-earth is The Kinship Games this could either be a week or so long festival or it could also be a new type of Pvp.

The way this would work is you gather your kinship either go to an arena or festival place and fight in these 4 game styles.
10 on 10 battle to the death
    7 on 7 domination
    1 on 1 spar
2 on 2 tag team type of battle

10 ON 10 BATTLE TO THE DEATH

in this Game Type 10 players from two different kinships go crazy at each other until every member on the other team is dead and that team is declared the winner. winning team gets +300 kin xp

    7 on 7 domination

now i play alot of Call of Duty and who doesnt lke a good ole game of domination?
there are three areas that you have to take, each one takes rougly 3 seconds to take, you want to defend each flag and you will get points from keeping them score goes up to around 200 you get points for holding the areas winner gets +100 kin xp

    1 ON 1 SPAR

this is not a regular spar ladies and gentleman, depending on how much kin xp ( will explain later in the post ) you have you get certain buffs that will help you out the spar goes best out of 3 and the winner gets +10 kin xp

    2 ON 2 TAG TEAM

2 players will start in the middle, there partners will be 25m away from where the match begins the goal is to kill the other player you may tag your partner in by running up to him and jumping. winnergets +60 kin xp

    KINSHIP GAME XP

each kin earns xp from games won and with the xp they can unlock different items which they then can buy to help boost there stats the items can consist of
    Health Pots
    Power Pots
    Perks
    Armour
    Class Items
    etc

Now a friend of mine said this was a bad idea because it would completely knock out the Moors aspect of the game. I found a solution each kin would only get to compete up to 5 times a day.

Please send me your feedback i will be adding more game types and more details later

To me this seems like an amazing idea. I play some of those past time games you can find on the iPhone that always have those events that can give special items based on ranks. I think it would also be cool if they did do a kin ranking based on players, size, and experience of the kin that would pair certain kinships in this group in which they could compete in competitions. This would greatly increase the bond in kinships and the "nationalism" of being in a certain kinship.

    Do creeps have kinships?

If not, you're talking about actual PvP -- freep vs. freep combat -- which apparently the rights-holder, SZC, vetoed back before SoA launch, which is why this game has PvMP and not the real thing.

I suspect that SZC would also veto it this time around.

I read the OP quickly and thought it was describing group sparring competitions. That would be OK both lore and license-wise. Like tournaments with individual, team, and general melee events.

I'm in a large kinship and the officers tried to organize a sparring contest. I think four people signed up. When they organize something like a parade from M.D. to Bree, or a scavenger hunt, or even a fishing contest they get 20-50 people. I know that the plural of anecdote is not data, but the anecdota ( ) suggest this would not be a big draw.

    Kinship games

I like this idea because I think it would be a good way to get to know your kin better. My kin has about 90-100 members and we had a scavenger hunt in the neighborhood of the kin house and we had about 10 people turn out.Though with the sparring certain class's like tanks always win.Yesterday my fellowship was waiting around for the red maid quest and to pass the time we started sparring. My lvl 33 man guardian defeated a lvl 35 elf hunter. The only reason I won was because of my high moral.he managed to get my 2,500 moral down to 500 before I defeated him.I realized they would need to be a large amount of lvl a ahead or be a bigger tank.So to make things fair the would need to section it off.

But there's sparring. I'm not sure how one-on-one sparring would be so radically different from team sparring but I suppose that will remain a mystery.
