not sure if this is one of them or not . but the guild has new recipes. if not then the survivors of wildemore barterer has recipes.

Since the Wildermere rep recipes are single use and too expensive, you can get the usuable version at the Guild Improved Recipe Vender, located in Snobourne, Galtrev or Esteldin.
