Scholar: White Enamel recipe?

Can anyone tell me, for real, where to get the tier 6 scholar White Enamel recipe? I googled it, and the web sites all said it was available from the expert scholar NPC or from my RK class trainer, and that is a lie; neither of them have it. Where is it? Thanks!

You can obtain it from the T6 scroll cases that drop from mobs, from the AH, or from the Store.

You do not buy the enamel recipe from the store. You buy the Tier 8 Scholar Recipe Book which contains all the Tier 6 Scholar recipes. It will cost you 350 Turbine Points to buy the recipe book.

This situation is normal for player created information on fan sites. It was correct when it was written. Turbine changed the game. The guides never got updated to reflect the current state of the game.

Too bad most of this information does not have a creation date and a update number associated with it. Anything that was written prior to Update 11 at this point is suspect. The older it is. The more likely that the information is partially or completely wrong.

It is a lot more expensive now that you are buying a tier recipe book than it was under the old individual recipe method. I do not know if everyone is familar with the price hike due to the change to recipe books.

You mentioned buy the recipe Lotro Store which we no longer can do. IIRC - The individual recipe prices were 10 Turbine Points per tier which would have made the Enamel recipe 60 Turbine Points versus the 350 Turbine Points for the book. It is a significant price increase if you only want one or two recipes.

There's no point telling people to "buy it from the store" if, when you search for the item (as I did when Rillas told me she sought this item) you can't find it.

But that's not relevant. He asked where to get them, I listed every option available to him.
I don't see you saying "You can't get it in the Auction House because nobody places it there at a reasonable rate." or "The only ones available in the AH are a stack of three of the same recipe." Whether it's expensive or inefficient is irrelevant to the question of "where?".

Mentioning that it's bundled is fine. Saying you can't get it from the Store is just wrong.
