The Road to the Lonely Mountain advice please

My level 20 Champion just received the quest The Road to the Lonely Mountain and completed the running around in Rivendell part. I just found out that to complete this level 20 quest clearly marked as "solo" I am required to complete three scaling instances with a minimum party size of 3.

Question 1 - Can these instances be entered solo?
Question 2 - If so, at what character level could the level 20 tier 1 versions of these instances be soloed by a Champion?

The instances are: Iorbar's Peak, Seat of the Great Goblin and Webs of the Scuttledells.

    Your advice will be appreciated.

    Thanks!

They can be entered, and if you over-level the instance by 3+ levels you can take on the trash mobs, but you probably can't survive the end fights without a group unless you really overlevel it, at least I sure couldn't.

I recommend trying to find some experienced players or a kinship to run these with.

    Entered, yes.

I don't know about Champion, but my Hunter had some issues even at level 56. Champion can probably do much better, at about level 40.
